"Our hosts were very helpful, friendly and great. The Gite was so comfortable and decorated tastefully.The surroundings are truly stunning. The butchers in Langonnet had good English and great meat. Crépe night brill (with our hosts' neighbours). All the locals we met v. friendly and welcoming. Visit the chapels - magical. Fab weather 20-30 degrees and no rain for 2 weeks. Elspeth loved Bobby."

Whilst it has clearly been lovingly restored to retain its traditional Breton appearance and atmosphere, it is equipped with every convenience that made our stay very enjoyable. The beaches at Guidel Les Plages (Dir. Lorient) ensured that the kids enjoyed the beach. Lifeguards are on duty all day.Our hosts were a delight and on hand to answer any queries that we may have had about the locality. We recommend Mimosa Lodge wholeheartedly."

"We have much enjoyed our stay in this comfortably furnished house. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into ensuring that guests will want for nothing, and we are grateful for the effort they have made to ensure our satisfaction! Mimosa Lodge is in a beautiful and tranquil setting - a wonderful place to relax with the odd book or two if the sun is shining! - unfortunately we had very changeable weather which prompted us to seek out other attractions further afield. We can recommend visits to Concarneau, Quimper and Quimperlé on the South coast and on the North Coast, for those who like walking, the 'Sentier des Douaniers' - along the Cote de Granite Rose - a wonderful cliff top walk between Ploumanac'h and Perros-Guirec is well worth the hour and a half drive to get there. We will recommend Mimosa Lodge to our friends.PS: Milo says the cot is very comfy!"
