Both Cottages are available from April to December. We have no set changeover day, although Saturdays are popular, and are happy to consider short lets and late bookings - please enquire.
Please also enquire about reduced rates for parties of 5 persons or less wishing to rent Mimosa Lodge, and for larger groups wishing to book both the Lodge & Cottage.

Additional pricing information
A 25 % deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is required no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A damage deposit of £100 or €150 (cash or guaranteed cheque) is required on arrival in case of breakages.
Provided and included in the rental price:

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels

Water, gas, electricity and logs for log burning stove (as required)

Welcome pack on arrival (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, eggs, and a bottle of cider)

Cleaning of the cottage

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS
For those who wish to bring their pets with them, both cottages are pet-friendly. We only ask for a £10 supplement for extra cleaning.
Both cottages are non-smoking.
